🔒 Regulatory Compliance

OonDex strives to maintain the highest standards of financial compliance, including but not limited to:

  • Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements

  • Data protection laws such as GDPR

  • Financial licensing obligations where applicable

  • Crypto exchange and custodial registration in relevant jurisdictions

We partner with third-party payment processors and banking providers who are duly licensed and regulated to ensure lawful handling of fiat transactions and card issuance.

✅ Current Licenses & Coverage

As of now, OonDex operates as a non-custodial crypto wallet and exchange platform, meaning:

  • Users maintain full control over their crypto assets and private keys

  • We do not hold user funds or operate a custodial exchange

  • Transactions are initiated and authorized by users directly

For fiat services such as withdrawals or card processing, we work with compliant and licensed financial service partners in the EU, UK, and other supported regions.

💳 Upcoming: OonDex Ecosystem Card (Under Development)

We are preparing to launch the OonDex Ecosystem Card, a next-generation financial tool that enables users to:

  • Instantly convert crypto to fiat

  • Spend USD, EUR, GBP, and other currencies globally

  • Manage transactions via the OonDex Wallet and App

  • Withdraw to banks, ATMs, or other financial rails

This feature will be launched in partnership with licensed card issuers and processors. Once live, full licensing details, issuer information, and regional coverage will be published on this page.
